Job description

As part of the strengthening of our export sales team, we are opening a position for an Export Manager for the Europe Zone F/H.

You will join a team of 8 people: a Sales Director, 4 Export Area Managers and 3 Area Managers for France.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will sell our range of products and services on the export market to feed manufacturers, mineral processing companies, integrators, distributors, etc.

As such, your main missions are as follows:

  • Develop the sales strategy for your geographical area. Manage and monitor your customer portfolio.

  • Prospect for new customer accounts. 

  • Monitor the competition and market expectations, with a view to developing our product and service offering.

On average, the Export Sales Manager is on the road 30 to 40% of the time.

Profile required

With a higher education in Agri/Agro or Sales (Business School, IAE,...), you have at least 5 years' experience in sales, ideally in a company in the animal nutrition sector.

You are fluent in English and French, and are used to frequent international travel. Fluency in another foreign language would be appreciated.

You are a person who enjoys human and intercultural relations, and you know how to be persuasive in a customer relations context.

Your interpersonal skills enable you to coordinate the work of several departments. You are also recognized for your prospecting and negotiation skills.
