Poultry Product Manager F/H

Rattaché(e) au service Technique et R&D, vous pilotez le développement de la gamme

NATUAL® à destination des filières volailles.

A ce titre vos missions principales seront :

• Participer à l’amélioration et au développement de produits/techniques permettant d’améliorer les solutions volailles en lien avec le service conception produit, la direction technique et les équipes volailles du Groupe.
• Proposer les adaptations techniques des produits pour favoriser leur mise en marché selon les territoires ou les organisations.
• Organiser les essais techniques en relation avec les équipes R&D.
• Animer des plans de développement commercial et technique des spécialités volailles.
• Participer au développement commercial et à l’appui et/ou formation des différents intervenants de la filière
• Accompagner, conseiller et former différents interlocuteurs à utiliser nos gamme de produits.
• Répondre aux problématiques terrain en proposant aux clients/prospects des solutions adaptées au travers des produits et/ou services.

With advanced training in animal production or veterinary medicine, you have proven experience in the poultry industry in a technical or sales role. as a product manager, technical sales representative, species specialist or technical coordinator.

A real hands-on person, your knowledge of poultry is an asset when it comes to tailoring your product offering to your customers.

You are persistent and your ability to listen, analyze and your expertise will enable you to interact skilfully and effectively with your partners.

You will be required to travel frequently in France and abroad, and you will need to be fluent in English.
