Product Manager F/H

As part of our business development, we are creating a new position for a Product Manager, ideally with a monogastric focus.

In this context, you will join the Product Innovation Department, comprising a team of 3 people: a Product Innovation and OAD Manager, a Product Development Project Manager and a Product Design Project Manager.

You will be responsible for the following tasks :

• Working with the marketing department and market teams, you will take part in market analysis and in discussions on the development of product ranges

• Working with the market, innovation and R&D teams, you will oversee the development of new solutions and the evolution of existing technical products

• Working with the market teams and the marketing communication department, you will participate in the development of sales support tools and the communication plan

• Supporting market managers and sales management, you will manage product launches and their marketing

• You will also be in charge of sales development for multi-species products.

With a higher education in Agri/Agro, ideally with a specialization in marketing, you have at least 5 years' experience in a company in the animal nutrition sector (additives, nutritional specialties, etc.), ideally monogastric.

You're used to traveling in France and abroad, and you're keen to keep up this pace. You have a good level of English.

You're a person driven by human and intercultural relations, which enables you to further develop your ability to adapt to others.

Your ability to create momentum and unite a multi-disciplinary team is one of your strengths in project management.

In addition to your technical skills, you are a person with recognized interpersonal skills. Your ability to make proposals, your creativity and your autonomy are real assets for this position.
