Ruminant Reproduction Product Manager F/H

Reporting to the Technical and R&D Manager and working closely with the Sales and Markets France/Export Manager, you will oversee the development of the Ruminant Reproduction range.

Through your expertise, you will carry out a reproduction audit and respond to the problems encountered by customers by advising them on the Natual range in France and for export.

As such, you will be responsible for :

• Provide technical support to Natual's technical sales teams

• Provide ongoing training for Natual's technical sales teams and distributor teams (CIA, distributors)

• Participate in the creation of product sales pitches and technical advice for the proper use of Natual's solutions in livestock farming

• Maintain a technical and competitive watch on solutions such as nutritional supplements for the ruminant market committee.

• Research technical needs encountered in the field and suggest areas of work for new products

• Propose technical adaptations to products to help them reach the market

• Provide occasional technical assistance to breeders and partner organizations

• Conduct audits and write up reports on field visits

• Participate in the creation of experimental protocols with the R&DP teamParticipate in the development of our protocols by monitoring reproduction by ultrasound in reference farms or as part of trials

• Provide a special event for Natual's customers.

With a 2/3-year higher education qualification, specializing in animal production or ACSE (Analyse Conduite et Stratégie de l'Entreprise Agricole), you have acquired a high level of technical expertise in animal husbandry, especially in ruminants, through your professional experience.

You also hold the CAFTI diploma.

As a people person, you must be able to develop a relationship of trust with breeders, inseminators and in-house technical sales staff.
