Job description

Reporting to the Sales and Markets France/Export Manager, you will lead and support a team of technical sales advisors in a defined geographical area, the South-West.

In addition to this role, you will monitor and develop a customer portfolio (insemination centers, distributors), promoting Natual's offer and developing partner relationships with these customers.

As such, you will be responsible for :

Managing and leading the sales team

  • Energize, support and train your team to enable each technical sales representative to achieve their objectives.

  • Enforce the sales policy defined by management within the team

  • Manage the activities of technical sales representatives according to their respective objectives: analyze and interpret results, implement corrective actions, monitor the application of sales processes and activity tracking tools.

  • Play an active role in training new recruits

  • Deploy the marketing and sales plan with the sales team and distributors in the region.

  • Provide feedback from the field to feed competitive intelligence, contribute to innovation, produce testimonials, etc.

Follow-up and development of a partner customer portfolio

  • Visit the distributors in your customer portfolio and prospect new ones
  • Provide technical and commercial support in the field for the sales forces and technicians of partner structures (CIA, cooperatives, distributors, veterinarians, etc.).

Profile required

With a BTS in agriculture or sales, you have at least 3 years' experience in the animal or plant sectors in a sales management position in France. You are motivated to develop healthier, more responsible agriculture. As a hands-on person, you will have been involved in sales development, working closely with livestock farmers.

You have the skills to lead and manage a sales team. You have successful experience in this field.

You are persistent and your ability to listen, analyze and persuade will enable you to interact skilfully and effectively with your team, your counterparts and your manager.

You will be required to travel frequently in your region, so you will need to have a driving license.
