Sales technician Allier / Puy de Dôme F/H

A real man or woman in the field, you will develop and manage a portfolio of customers (breeders, distributors, insemination centers) in a defined geographical area (Allier et Puy de Dôme).

You analyze the breeding problems of your customers and prospects, advising them and providing them with technical solutions through the Natual® solutions you market.

With the support of dedicated teams at head office, you monitor your sales and deliveries.

As a showcase for Natual® solutions with customers, you take part in the brand's external communication events (trade shows, fairs).

You have a real interest in the world of agriculture and knowledge of livestock breeding, ideally confirmed by initial experience.

Your sense of service and your desire to provide a solution adapted to a problem in the field are your main sources of motivation.

Your ability to listen, analyze and persuade will enable you to develop a commercial relationship with your customers.

You are located in the Allier or Puy de Dôme regions, where you would like to establish yourself.

As a key player in the development of your remuneration, you will benefit from a guaranteed minimum fixed salary, depending on your profile, and an attractive variable component. In addition, you will receive an annual performance bonus, a profit-sharing bonus and an incentive bonus.

Lastly, you'll receive a meal allowance of €19 per day worked, as well as RTT days.

Collaborative tools are at your disposal (tablet, telephone) as well as a company car to help you succeed in your missions.
