Job description
Within the Group's HR department, comprising a Human Resources Director and an HR Development Manager, based in Couëron, as well as a Human Resources Manager and a Payroll Manager, based in Chateauneuf sur Sarthe, we have an opening for a Payroll and Personnel Administration Manager (F/H) to fill a replacement position.
You will be the main contact for employees and managers of 4 Techna Group companies, with 2 collective bargaining agreements (chemicals and soil products trading).
You will be responsible for the following tasks :
Ensure payroll processing and the preparation of mandatory social declarations,
Ensure administrative follow-up of personnel: absences, mutual insurance, provident fund, vacations, medical visits, etc
Advise and support employees
Calculate the HR indicators at your disposal and integrate them into HR reporting
Participate in HR projects and in the life of the team and the company.

This position can be filled on a part-time basis (80%).
Profile required
With a minimum of 2 years' higher education in human resources, or specialized training in payroll, you are above all keen to work in a multi-skilled position and to be autonomous in your assignments.
In addition to your diploma, you have at least 3 years' experience in a payroll management position.
You have good interpersonal skills, and your rigor, commitment and team spirit are your strengths.

You will then have the opportunity to meet the Human Resources Director and the HR Development Manager in person.
