EXTRALAB

The feed manufacturer has lots of analysis data, whether it comes from internal or external sources, from laboratories or via NIR technology. Managing all this data has both technical and economic impacts on formulation, feed production, and ultimately on economic performance.

EXTRALAB is software developed by Techna to to enable comprehensive management of all this analysis data. It supports the entire process - from recording raw material (RM), finished product (FP), or forage samples, to compiling results and making decisions about matrix values or corrective actions in the plant.

From a PC or smartphone, the EXTRALAB ACCESS app lets users easily register a sample (raw material, forage, or finished product), send it to the Techna lab, track the progress of the analysis, and then view and download the results independently. 

From their PC, users can then view all their analysis results, import their own data (NIR, Excel, etc.), monitor control plans, produce graphical and statistical summaries, directly access the Techna BLACK BOX tool dedicated to the automatic creation of new matrices for raw materials and forages, and finally export all data.
