TECHNA POLAND, the Polish subsidiary of TECHNA, has been a pioneer in introducing new nutritional techniques and additives to the Polish market.

Under the responsibility of the subsidiary manager, and in direct relation with the French sales teams, you will participate in the definition of the sales strategy and its deployment on the Polish territory and neighbouring countries.

Job description

In relation with the technical teams, you will establish the commercial development plan:

  • You will analyse the market, the players, according to the territories concerned.
  • You propose an action plan per activity and per market, in relation with the General Management.
  • You define the communication plan, with the support of the Group Marketing team
  • You participate in defining the annual sales budget and sales targets for the company.

You build the offer and organise its marketing:

  • You adjust the offers by adapting them to the markets and territories;
  • You define the pricing policy
  • You define the communication tools for each offer, in collaboration with the Marketing team.

You manage the sales team:

  • You recruit your team
  • You define the objectives of your teams
  • You support your teams in the implementation of their action plans
  • You participate in establishing the remuneration policy for the sales teams

You manage key customer accounts: feed manufacturers or large HMF farms.
You will prospect, negotiate contracts, and monitor sales and services and organise contract reviews.

You will set up and follow up commercial reporting.

This position is open-ended in terms of the territory covered and the responsibilities taken on within the structure.

Your key skills

You have a good command of sales and negotiation techniques.
You have a solid basis for analysing your market and organising marketing.
You have experience in team management.
You have a very good knowledge of agriculture and animal nutrition.
Fluency in English, European B2C1 level is essential.
French is a plus.
