TECHNA POLAND, the Polish subsidiary of TECHNA, has been a pioneer in introducing new nutritional techniques and additives to the Polish market.
Under the responsibility of the subsidiary manager, and in direct relation with the French sales teams, you will participate in the definition of the sales strategy and its deployment on the Polish territory and neighbouring countries.
In relation with the technical teams, you will establish the commercial development plan:
You build the offer and organise its marketing:
You manage the sales team:
You manage key customer accounts: feed manufacturers or large HMF farms.
You will prospect, negotiate contracts, and monitor sales and services and organise contract reviews.
You will set up and follow up commercial reporting.
This position is open-ended in terms of the territory covered and the responsibilities taken on within the structure.
You have a good command of sales and negotiation techniques.
You have a solid basis for analysing your market and organising marketing.
You have experience in team management.
You have a very good knowledge of agriculture and animal nutrition.
Fluency in English, European B2C1 level is essential.
French is a plus.
